North Korea resolutely deploys war deterrence measures

Pyongyang [North Korea], March 12: The Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) reported on March 12 that North Korea decided to take measures to deter war, amid rising tensions on the peninsula.
The decision was made at the 5th enlarged meeting of the 8th Central Military Commission of the Workers' Party of Korea, chaired by leader Kim Jong-un.
