Colombia reports 3,411 new COVID-19 cases

Bogota (Colombia), March 8: Colombia registered 3,411 new COVID-19 cases over the past 24 hours, taking its nationwide tally to 2,276,656, said the Ministry of Health and Social Protection on Sunday.
The country reported 91 more deaths, raising the national death toll to 60,503, said the ministry.
The Colombian government said that 296,240 doses of vaccines have been applied nationwide in the first stage of the country's National Vaccination Plan, while it plans to vaccinate more than 35 million Colombians against COVID-19 in 2021.
