Kiev [Ukraine], March 21: In Ukraine at least five people have been killed in a Russian missile attack
in the eastern city of Kharkiv.
Seven others were injured, some of them seriously, Governor Oleh Synyehubov announced
on Telegram on Wednesday.
It is thought there may be more victims trapped in the rubble. The civil defence authorities say a fire broke out in a building over an area of up to 10,000 square metres due to the presence of many highly flammable materials.
According to media reports, a printing works was the main area affected.
Ukraine has been fending off a Russian invasion for over two years.
Kharkiv is located just over 20 kilometres from the Russian border and is regularly attacked by the Russian military with missiles and drones. (DPA)
