1 dead, several missing as heavy rains hit Japan's earthquake zone

Tokyo [Japan], September 22: One person has been killed amid heavy rains battering a region in western Japan that was hit by an earthquake at the start of the year.
Ten people are still missing, including four construction workers involved in repairing the earthquake damage, local media reported on Saturday.
Japan's national weather service has issued a flash flood warning. Many houses in the municipality of Wajima on the Noto peninsula were flooded, according to local media reports.
