Texas [US], August 8: According to Fox Business, the above lawsuit was filed by X in federal court in Texas after the US Judiciary Committee last month released evidence showing that GARM and its affiliates colluded to damage "unpopular platforms".
X is seeking triple the damages in the lawsuit, saying the list of defendants could expand depending on new evidence. In a press release on August 6, video-sharing platform and cloud service provider Rumble announced that they would join X in the lawsuit.
