QCB governor meets China central bank chief

Doha [Qatar], June 28: Governor of the Qatar Central Bank HE Sheikh Bandar bin Mohammed bin Saoud Al Thani met Pan Gongsheng, Governor of the People's Bank of China, on the sidelines of the 96th Annual Meeting of the Bank for international Settlements (BIS), held in Basel, Switzerland. During the meeting, they reviewed key aspects of bilateral relations between the two countries in banking and finance and explored ways to further strengthen cooperation. (QNA)

The event witnessed participation from runners across India as well as overseas, adding a national and international dimension to the inaugural edition. The AIMS-certified course offered runners a smooth-running experience, with participants competing for a prize pool of close to Rs. 9 lakh.
